The AACA Spring National Meet, Eastern Division, Binghamton, New York gave a unique opportunity to compare two 1939 Chevrolet station wagons side by side. Both wore the optional fog lights, whitewall tires, winged hood ornament, bright headlight rings and metal wheel cover on the standard fender mounted spare (standard on the station wagon only). Both had optional mirrors and grill guards but were very different from each other. Only one had optional wheel trim rings. Both were painted Wood Ash Brown which was the standard 1939 Chevrolet Station wagon color.
